[l4d2]clients kicked after finale

Im running a basic install of the l4d2 files, with sourcemod on server 2k3
After finishing a campaign the users are returned to the server browser and not to the next campaign

What can i do to fix this, i tried the mapchanger plugin and still same results, please help
