Ports doesn't open

i have open these ports
http://img63.imageshack.us/img63/5259/portf.jpg in my router and the same in my firewall but when i use port checker it says that the ports isn't open? and i cant connect the server

You won't be able to connect via your external IP but other should be able to.
Also, make sure that is the correct internal IP and you are give g your fir beds your EXTERNAL IP:
