Two Problems....

1) srcds isnt loading server.cfg:



2) Newly added maps arent loading:

Ok, to solve 1) you need to start srcds in console mode. Add -console to the command line you're using to start your server, e.g.

c:\SRCDS\srcds.exe -game cstrike -maxplayers 18 -console +map de_dust

And for 2), you need to edit cstrike/mapcycle.txt and add the names of the custom maps you've put on your server - that will put them in rotation.
