Can _not_ contact server - please help!

I've read through almost all posts on the internet about srcds, linux and ports. I've tryed everything for weeks now and can't understand what I do wrong. I usually administer about 50-100 unix servers with Oracle databases each day, I even do routing tables on unix. So... just to let you have it clear, I'm not a newbie in this - except the srcds part. Toungue

I've hidden the servers ip address for security purposes in this forum.

The problem I'm getting is that I cannot connect or see the server from internet. This happened after I placed the server in the server hall at work. It worked fine from home - even LAN and internet users could connect fine. I cannot longer connect to the server from internet. I haven't tryed LAN since I have no css client at work.

I'm able to connect to the server with rcon only from console like this:
rcon_password xxxx
rcon changelevel de_aztec
I can then see this in the putty-console when using rcon:
rcon from "xx.xx.xx.xx:18391": command "changelevel de_aztec"
Executing dedicated server config file

I've opened the following ports in the firewall:

UDP: 27005, 27015, 27020
TCP: 27015

I just cannot open ports which is not used, because this is violating the security rules at my work.
