SRCDS Steam group

can't run srcds
when i try to exec srcds i get this

it's been a while since ive done anything when srcds so im not sure what to do, ive pretty much started from scratch. ive read a few tutorials and i believe ive followed them correctly
any help would be appreciated
edit my command line is
c:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +map de_dust -maxplayers 16
Did you try re-installing with -verify_all ?
What plugins are you running?
Can you show us your FULL server.cfg (edit out the rcon password).

the -verify_all after the hldsupdate tool? i tried that but i dont think it did anything, just ran the cmd and closed shortly after
and the only plugin i believe is mani, edited with cs source evolution

First of all try to disable all your plugins. And then see which plugin it is. That error is very known to be an issue with a plugin.
i completely reinstalled everything so i have srcds running without plugins but i believe its just LAN right now
does anyone know what plugin causes this problem? or can anyone recommend me a good plugin
What plugins did you have, if you had more than Mani Admin Plugin?

Or just use the actual version from his site.
i think it was something from counter-strike evolution that messed it up, its running now i just need to get it working over the internet
