is there a way so that players when they say !MOTD
it takes them to the MOTD screen?
if so plz post how

and is there a way so that players can say !music on/off
and i can play my clan's theme song or something

I'll bite....even though your info is so lacking.

It takes some code writing skills to do the abovee, in the game you're talking about, oh yeah you didn't say. Some code you can do yourself if you're willing. Some code people will offer to you. Some code you can search around quite easily. or SourceMod might be up your alley.

I thought just typing motd would work... also you can get the sourcemod radio plugin and have your own stream
