Can't join my left 4 dead server

other people can join but i can't.

You connecting should have nothing to do with your config, at least on your server. Did you try and connect directly

ex: connect 68.142.72.250:27011

Type the above (after the colon) into your console and see if it works. If it doesn't, please reply with the errors you recieve.

Yes i did use connect but with my local ip im going testing now with my external ip.

you have to connect via your internal ip. also did you port forward your server with your router? and do you have a firewall?
