I have a dedicated server collocated in southern California. I'm really just looking to make the monthly bill a little less and looking for a team or two to rent a private server from me.

The server is 2 x dual core Opteron 2.6's w/ 4 gigs of RAM. Server runs like a bat out of hell @ 1000fps. I don't want to over load the server so at most there will be 2 servers per core, but thats unlikely to happen for a long time. I really only want to host DoD, Dod:S, CS, or CSS. It will come with 12 slots, 1 to be used as a 5 slot SourceTV/HLTV. I know pretty much all of California ping under 55 as well as most of Nevada and Arizona.
