Indeed, if you make it english people from all over europe can get servers..

Theres a lot to it. The site in english would help a lot. Then you have to worry about search engines, and seo and stuff like that. I don't know much about it all, but I would advise if you want to successfully advertise your site to generate a lot of hits you should do a lot of research. Google has some pretty decent documentation on it, as well as yahoo.

If you want a successful GSP top priority after physically getting the servers up and running, and keeping them running and providing for current customers is advertisement. Get ranked better on search engines and advertise for your site. Get your company out there.

i think it's better in french because there is not alot of game hosting. but of course not a lot of people talk in french

doesn't matter where the game hosting is as long as it's in the area, I doubt french people wait for french gameserver providers only.. they order gameservers all over the place, not just from french guys.

Also may I ask if you have any experience with servers, I'm having a bit of shock looking at certain parts of your website.

Server gives a ping of 400 in europe... are you french or are you canadian?
Server is not VAC secured...

If you really wanted to keep everything french, maybe having english and french. That may be a good thing, just make sure it is easy to switch back and fourth. That way you would kind of cater to both sides. Since like drocona said, people aren't going to wait for a french speaking server company.
