i just finished dling it, looks like everything is there besides srcds.exe or tf.exe that will be used to actually launch console

Currently on windows it's released,

weird install tho.

in the base folder (SRCDS, mostly) you will find 2 folders after installing:
hl2 and orangebox

in the orangebox folder you'll find the actual game and the srcds.exe executable.
