When i try to use the mani admin menu by pressing the number "1,2,3" etc, the menu disappears or vanishes. We tried everything, we eventually took the server down, brought it back up last night and re-installed mani, but it only fixed an admin being able to type in the command

So i need some help to get the menu working.

Any ideas?

have you bound the key to mani? if not, this is how you do it:

Wright " Bind "p" "admin" " now the admin menu should display when you press p

No i get the menu to come up then when i press for example "1" the menu disappears and the command fails.

This is what i get in console,

Ideas anyone?

Well, try updating your server, re-installing mani, or bind p "say @menu".

you need to run the update tool (hldupdatetool)

hlupdatetool has been run, still no change =\

I get the same problem now for 2 days...

try cl_restrict_server_commands 0 in your console first, then try the admin menu.

i have the same problem i tried the cl restrict server commands 0 but i get this Attempted to change cl_restrict_server_commands when not allowed.

wat do i do now???

Worked for me.

add this line to your config.cfg in your cstrike folder
or
type it in console


cl_restrict_server_commands 0

I tried the restrict command: didn't had access to it.
I set it in the server.cfg: no effect

Any other idea's?

You have to enter it on the client, not on the server frakman.
