nevermind, I got it

hey, im new at hosting servers, but i installed the plug in exactly as stated, added the line to my server.cfg file and i can't access anything from inside cs. It does say its evectuing the mani admin plugin in the command prompt on the server, but then goes on to say and mani_* command is unknown. Is anyone willing to help me on this??? thanks

It seems this is the same problem i'm having if anyone can help, i have the unknown command issues except i have about 35 commands starting with mani_ that it says are unknown, as well as when i type ma_rcon or bind any free key to admin it does nothing or says unknown command if i'm in the console. Plz help!! thanks!

When i type ma_rcon it says i am an admin but when i hit my binded h in my server it says im not admin.

Please tell me exactly what i need to do to make it know im admin.

You need to put your steam id on the list, to find it go into cs source and then in the console type status
If you dont know how to do this then tell someone to do it for you then copy and paste it and say it.

looks like there is something wrong with the server files too, it doesnt even load a game DLL for Counter-Strike: Source. Try updating the server and see if it works then.

i did and it said checkin bootstrapper version... or somethin like dat cuz it dissapears real fast....

Well if it dissapears that quick you're probably doing somethng wrong, it should stay much longer saying "Checking/Installing content blablabla"

What command line are you using to update?

it should be like this:
-command update -game "Counter-strike Source" -dir <path-to-server>

i did everithin it wass suppose to....i dont know wat i did wrong...

and i never tried a command line all i use is the hldsupdatetool

located in c:\srcds

im noy sure dat is cuz of these but i think it is...

im talkin about the plugin located cstrike/addons/mani_admin_plugin

i think theres should be sometin in it but theres nottin theres only a folder named bin wit nottin inside it......

and i think this because wen i load the server it says

Failed to load plugin "../cstrike/addons/mani_admin_plugin

if its not cuz of dat please disrigard this messege and look at the one on top

if theres nothing in that folder something went wrong with extracting the files from the archive.
Please check if all the files are in the correct place.

i did extract everithin right...because if u go see and open this mani admin plugin and go to

cstrike\addons\mani_admin_plugin\bin

or

cstrike\addons\mani_admin_plugin

theres nottin in it either.....
soo if somethin goes in those folder then its this installation dat its wrong....

What version of mani are you using cause I got the files in the .zip

mani_admin_plugin_v1_1_0zh_cssource

the one in this tutorial im usin....
