RE: Tutorial: How to setup a DOD:S server
Quote:c:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game dod -port 27015 +maxplayers 32 +map dod_anzio +exec server.cfg

This now won't work ... it will have to be:

Code:
c:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game dod -port 27015 +maxplayers 32 +map dod_anzio +exec server.cfg

the whole install is now inside the orangebox folder, execpt for the "hl2" folder.

has anyeone got Mani Admin Plugin working on the new DoDs yet ??

thanks

RE: Tutorial: How to setup a DOD:S server
I am trying to setup a dedicated server and everything appears to have worked fine.

But its a lan server server. The IP is my local IP. How do I assign my external IP to the server?

I have tried insertin -ip XXXXXXx into the batch file but that resorts in the server not launching stating could not associate IP or something.

Try doing this in cmd box without inserting -ip XXXXXXx
lan 0
