[CS:S] My friends can only join me trough the console

My friends can only join me trough the console, and when they try to join from steam or the ingame css friends menu it stands "Server Not Responding"

Some help please

my start up line is "-console -game cstrike -insecure +fps_max 0 -tickrate 30 -ip 192.168.1.2 -port 27015 -maxplayers 16 +map de_dust2 -autoupdate"

2.60 GHz Pentium ® 4 cpu 512 ram

You cant join from steam friends because you are on lan, and it shows the lan ip to them, tell them to add your external ip to their favorites and join from there. Also you dont need these commands "-ip and -autoupdate" the update doesn't work with windows.

Yes, he needs to enter via console. This is because you are entering the server via the local IP. If he tries to access via the local IP, he can't.

There is no way to fix this.

You can try to enter the server via the external IP, but I don't know if that will fix the issue or not.
